My love for Jesus is nothing compared to His love for me, shown complete in His death and resurection on the cross that I may be saved by grace in faith through love. My love is nothing. It has no value. It holds no power, but through His love and grace, My heart can be transformed. My sin nature; forgiven. The selfish, dark, evil ways of my heart are rebuked and sent to the cross for His name sake. Why do I love Jesus? Because anything but love for Him is a spit in the face at His ultimate sacrifice for me.
- bryandrums: Because He saw fit to come and snatch me up. His grace is overwhelming. He came and got me. I am forever humbled by this. I just can't understand His grace. But I love it, and it brings me joy. Jesus, sought me out. Its just incredible.

He reads my thoughts, but still chose to redeem me. That's grace unimaginable. I love Jesus because He's opened my eyes to see that He's the only Person that will ever be infinitely worthy of my love, because He gives me His unconditional love. The only reason I'm here is because of Jesus. I love Jesus because when I look into His face, as the hymn says, "the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace."
- afewshortbreaths: I love Jesus because without Him I'm nothing. Because I don't know how else to properly live. He is the very reason for the breaths I've been taking and, God willing, will continue to take. Nothing else makes sense. Living in this world, following its empty promises feels incredibly unsettling and His love is far too deep and pure to pass up. He's the only thing that remains and there is so much comfort in this truth. He created me with a purpose and a role in His mighty plan. The very fact that He doesn't need me, He simply wants me is enough. I love Jesus because despite my filthy brokenness, He still decided to love me anyways.
- forhisincrease: How can I not love Him? How could I respond to all He has done for me, all He is, in any other way besides loving Him? He's given me the hope, freedom, joy, love, peace, purpose that I can't find anywhere else. He covered me with His blood - the only thing that could possibly make me righteous - so that I could come anywhere near to the Lord God, who is so holy that there's no way a sinner like me could come anywhere near Him except through Jesus. He's shown me such beauty and love - the kind that I've sought my whole life but could never seem to find. He has changed me completely. He is beyond amazing and beautifies everything just with His presence!

Through Him I'm healed. Because of Him my life has meaning. Because of Him I know my meaning is to bring Him glory. I love Him because He showed me the greatest love of all. He first loved me.

Almost 21 years of chasing after other things, He's still beside me. He's the same yesterday, today, and forever. He's still my God, my Lord, my Savior. He's the best thing that has happened to me.
- justdia: I love Jesus because with out Him I would not exist. You see, God reached down and saved my life long before I was born. He said He would take my place long before I even existed. He did that because He loved me, and then He fulfilled in me a promise that was made on the Day of Pentecost, and filled me with His Spirit. You want to know why I love Jesus, its simply because He first loved me.
- turningeverystone: He gave me faith like a mustard seed. I had no idea what I was doing or why I was doing it when I started seeking a relationship with Him. And yet it's like He chased after me, jealous for my love. Well, He's got it.
